If you don’t have an IT department
Amerihub is your IT department. Although we don’t sit within your four walls (unless you have a specific need for daily onsite coverage, which is unusual) our state-of-the-art systems and fanatically dedicated support staff will manage all system maintenance, operating system updates, software updates, system backups, system troubleshooting, network equipment, servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and more. We will provide offsite helpdesk coverage with all support items trackable, reportable, and permanently archived for future reference. Our support team is reachable via phone, email, or our online support portal.
In the event of an internet outage or hardware failure preventing remote support we will coordinate and/or execute onsite support via Amerihub’s internal engineers, or our international network of subcontractors.

Amerihub will take on whatever parts of your IT management and support duties your team is not equipped to handle.
